Girth Measurements
Measures physique circumference at particular points (having a tape measure):
Chest - across the nipple line
Waist - about the narrowest part of one's midriff
Navel - about the midriff, straight over the bellybutton
Hips - across the top of the buttock cheeks.
This may not necessarily be the widest part of one's hips.
