Nonstick cooking spray

ripe banana (preferably with brown spots)

egg

scoop
Vanilla Whey or Plant-Based Vegan Shakeology

¼
tsp.
ground cinnamon

ground nutmeg

unsalted chopped walnuts

Instructions

Coat the inside of a microwave-safe mug with spray.

Add banana to mug; mash with a fork. Add egg; lightly beat with fork. Add Shakeology, cinnamon, and nutmeg; stir until well incorporated.

Add walnuts; mix well.

Microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve warm.
