1 ripe Banana, Frozen1 cup Skimmed Milk1 tbsp Roasted Almond2 tbsp Grated Dark Chocolate(above 70% cocoa)2 fresh Pitted Dates1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon3-4 Ice CubesA Sliced Banana to ServeNuts and Seeds to Serve

In a blender, combine 1 frozen ripe banana, 1 cup skimmed milk, 1 tbsp roasted almond, 2 tbsp shredded dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa), 2 fresh pitted dates, 12 tsp ground cinnamon, and 3-4 ice cubes.
