1/2 cup Oats1/2 cup Water1 cup Mixed Vegetables (carrot, beans, peas)1 Onion, chopped1 inch Ginger, chopped1 Green Chilli, chopped1 tsp Oil1/2 tsp Garam Masala1/2 tsp Turmeric powder1 tsp Salt1 tsp Lemon Juice

Dry roast some rolled oats in a pan till they are golden brown.

Next, heat some oil in a skillet, then add the ginger and green chilis and cook for 2 seconds.

Now, add the chopped onions and saute for a minute.

Add the chopped vegetables, salt, water and bring it to a boil.

Now add the oats, garam masala, turmeric powder and lemon juice.

Cook and cover, till the vegetables are cooked.

Serve hot.
