1/4 cup Onion1 cup Mushrooms, chopped1/2 Tomato, chopped3 egg whites, beaten1 Garlic Clove, choppedSalt and Pepper to taste2 tsp Butter

Melt butter and sauté 1/4 cup onion, 1/2 tomato, and 1 garlic clove.

Cook for a minute after adding the 1 cup chopped mushrooms.

Season the mushroom with salt and pepper.
