2 tbsp Oats5-6 nos Raisins5-6 chopped Almonds1 tbsp Flaxseeds1 tbsp Chia Seeds 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt 1 cup Low-fat Milk2 tbsp(chopped) Seasonal Fruits

Combine 2 tbs oats, 5-6 nos raisins, 5-6 almonds, 1 tbs soaked flax seeds, 1 tbs soaked chia seeds, 1/2 cup greek yoghurt, 1 cup low fat milk, and 2 tbs chopped seasonal fruits in a mixing bowl.
