You can’t eat breakfast at night or dinner in the afternoon, but you can consume snacks at any time of day! Whether they’re served with tea, after school, or at a birthday party. Healthy snacking is the ideal method to fulfil your cravings without worrying about consuming too many calories. As a result, here’s a fresh take on the classic burger! Mixed sprouts boost the nutritional value of the food by providing protein, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals.
For Patty:
1 cup Mung Sprouts2 tbsp Green peas 2 tbsp finely chopped Onions2 tbsp Coriander leaves 1 green chili 1 garlic2 clovesSalt to taste1/2 tsp Coriander powder 1/4 tsp Cumin Powder 1 tsp Lemon juice1 tsp Sesame seeds 1-3 tbsp Oats flour
For dressing:
2 tbsp hung curd1 tsp tahini (optional)1/2 tsp hot sauce1/2 tsp Salt1/2 tsp lemon juice
To serve –
4 whole-wheat buns 1 sliced tomato 1 sliced onion
Finely chop the sprouts, peas, onions, chilli, garlic, and coriander leaves. Combine the sprouts mix, spices, salt, seame seeds, oat flour and lemon jucie in a mixing dish.
Spread on a mat until desired thickness is reached, then cut into four rounds with a mould or a lid to get the patties.
Grease a pan with some oil
Cook both the sides of th patties until brown.
To make the dressing, add hung curd, tahini, hot sauce and lemon juice in a bol and mix well.
To serve, cut and heat the burger buns, apply the dressing on top, and top with a slice of onion and tomato.
